Oak Tree Lounge in Jackson

Without a doubt, one of the best places to eat in Jackson. The staff are all super friendly. You won't find this place unless you're looking for it.

If you are looking for a friendly place to go with staff to match, great food and reasonable prices ... you've found it. It's not very big so on a busy day you may have to wait (unless the deck is open) but it's worth it.

Wife and I had a loaded baked potato, was very good with good price. Had some live music which was very good.

I love it when the outdoor seating is open! Great soups and sandwiches!

Didn't get what I ordered. Staff is making no effort to wear mask or wash hands or sanitize between customers.

Well we came in a little late and there wasn't much time until they closed up so honestly we didn't expect much... other than a little bite to eat and a nightcap before going home😉 Usually by then most places shrug you off because they are more than ready to go home! Well not Oaktree ☺️ Our server (Melissa) was upbeat, friendly and helpful the entire time, and the cook (Zack?) was also in great spirits and did an amazing job on our food! I felt very comfortable and not rushed at all! While chatting with the 2 employees I had learned that our server had actually picked up the closing shift, after working all day already, and she also has a little baby at home looking forward to seeing her mommy! Geesh... they say good help is hard to find, guess they all work at this little place 🤷‍♀️ Thank you Melissa and thank you Oaktree for making the end of our night much better than we could have ever expected! Next time we will come earlier to enjoy more time with you guys!

Looks tired and a bit run down on the outside, the inside is dark but quaint. Our waitress was awesome and the Sampler was delicious! We're going to try the burgers next time we go!

Service and food has really gone down hill and wait staff refuse to wear masks while serving customers. Having been to Oak Tree on two separate occasions within the past week, no effort has been made to have wait staff wear masks or follow any safety precautions to limit the spread of COVID-19. I will not be recommending Oak Tree in the future as I believe the service, quality of food, and disregard for the safety of patrons is indicative of a poorly managed restaurant.

I ordered their upper deck club sandwich for takeout tonight. Service was excellent!! Very friendly. The sandwich was smelling so good I couldn't wait to get home and eat it. It definitely did not disappoint. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had!! They have great food...go there!!

I visited this restaurant on Thursday of this week for lunch while at work and it was wonderful. I then returned on Saturday to bring my husband for dinner as it was so good on Thursday. But Saturday was a completely different story as it was raining we had to eat indoors. The inside is so small that every time one of the waitresses walkthrough to get to another table their backsides were rubbing against your back. The food was not good I actually sent mine back because it had a funky taste to it. My waitress told me she take it off my bill but never once asked me if I wanted anything else to eat for dinner. We left there and went to McDonald's the McDonald's on the other hand I would rate five stars. Save yourself some money and just go to McDonald's.

Great food, too bad it took over an hour to get it. They also gave me someone else's credit card and I'm assuming that someone else got mine...so, yeah, great food but pretty atrocious service. I will not be going back... Ever.

Its an average whole in the whole with above average food. The waitress was very cordial and fast. A bit cramped but it was worth it.

I went here with a group from work for lunch in the summer. We never went inside. We ate in the outside patio. Food was good. Wasn't very busy. Service was good. The prices were reasonable. Cool location in a residential neighborhood.

Tried it for the first time today. Server was friendly and attentive and food was very good. This area is limited when it comes to good places to eat. Not many can check all the boxes but The Oak Tree Lounge got it right. Will definitely be back

Food was great, their wings are crispy on the outside and juicy inside. We had the pesto pizza, which was great as well. My only gripe is the waitress served a table that sat down 5mins after we got there. Going out to eat was great after lockdown, and the tables were properly distanced.

Delicious place to get some local food. This is my top 5 best burgers I've ever eaten. The cowboy burger comes with bbq sauce, onion rings and is a great selection on the menu. The fries are nice and crispy and the place just feels cozy. I had lunch here with my real estate business partner and we were able to enjoy our lunch together and talk some business. I really enjoyed my visit and I will be back when I return to Jackson.

Food so good and reasonably priced—I can’t eat fast food in town any more. This place uses the best ingredients (some locally sourced) and makes everything with the best quality. Whether it’s Alex, Tom, or Julie manning the grill, you’re guaranteed a lunch/dinner to be fulfilling and delicious. Such great people and such great food make for the best place to sit and dine or even take your food Togo. Shop local. Eat at Oak Tree Lounge. 💙💙💙

I was with a bunch of family and we didn't know where to go and this place popped up on Google, we never heard of it but it had great reviews. I have never been more impressed with the service, quality and general feel of a place. It was a little small but they adapt and their deck area is very nice especially when they have live music.

Location is different but really enjoyed their food. One of the best French Dips I have ever had and my wife said same about the grilled chicken sandwich. Renee was an amazing server & took really good care of us during a busy dinner rush. Will visit again definitely.Back for our second visit and service is absolutely amazing. Best burger I have had in a long time. Back again. Love this place, love the food, love the service.......... here again. YUM!
